Becoming the best 'you'......how to 'cut to the chase'.

Change - You are here to make a difference in the world, to make your mark. You are not a 9-5 person, content with a humdrum life. We can resist change, but as we need to accept it, accept it's here to stay, make changes and 'cut to the chase'.

Change, though,  can create pressure .  Coaching can be a very effective way of helping you become more productive and happier in the job. It's possible to build skills and create a resilient culture to tackle change  head on! But...you need support.


Enabling change

  • I provide an external view to listen, gather evidence and provide constructive feedback.​
  • Having identified potential areas to tackle, I work with you or members of your team to put in place practical action plans with  clear, achievable steps. I can help develop your career, relationships, productivity, problem solving, or creativity.

Developing Skills

  • While an external perspective is very useful, it is also important ensure that  you set reasonable targets and evaluate progress on a regular basis.
  • I can work with you to help put practical and workable actions in place, and support your progress.​

Getting a work/life balance

  • I can also work with you or your team on the more intangible aspects of 'how to get things done'. Modern approaches to self development, priority setting, work life balance or, sometimes, just the basic tools of time management, are key areas to get right.
  •  I can work with team members to help manage their self image,  be better at priority setting and in identifying 'sticking points'. This builds confidence and improves performance.​
